Clean your face with normal water.

Take out a pea-sized amount of SPF cream onto your fingertips.

Dab small dots of SPF cream onto various parts of your face – cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin.

Use your fingertips to gently spread the SPF cream across your face, ensuring even coverage.

Massage the SPF cream into your skin using upward and outward motions until it's fully absorbed.

Don't forget to apply SPF cream to your neck and ears, as these areas are often exposed to the sun as well.

Reapply SPF cream every two hours, or more frequently if you're sweating heavily
